The Covered Cat Litter Box encloses the litter tray under a removable hood that contains scattering and gives a cat privacy. A swing flap at the entrance holds back odor and lets the cat in and out freely.
A replaceable carbon filter sits in the roof vent to trap smell. The hood lifts off at a single latch for scooping and the deep base reduces litter kicked over the edge.
The interior is smooth for easy cleaning. Available in grey and cream. The base measures 56 x 40 cm.

Contains the mess
Litter no longer ends up across the floor. The hood pops off easily for scooping. My cat needed a couple of days to accept the flap.

Filter does only so much
The carbon filter helps a little but you still need to scoop daily inside an enclosed box or it gets stale. The latch is sturdy though.
