Window began as a gift for his mother, who could not stop shopping online. So he built her a store with everything in stock and nothing for sale: fill a cart, place an order, follow it to the door, and find an empty box at the end of it, with the money still sitting in your account. She shops here most nights now. She has spent nothing.

Eight years building real things at Fluence, Google/Flutter, and Blockdaemon, and the one he's proudest of sells you nothing at all. He designed it, wrote it, drew the icons, and photographed all 350 things that don't exist, solo, in Helsinki, mostly after dark. Three separate people have called him a golden retriever. None of them were wrong.
