The Enamel Stock Pot holds 6 liters and is made from carbon steel with a porcelain enamel coating inside and out. The two side handles are welded steel and stay cooler than the body during use, though oven mitts are still recommended.
The lid is tempered glass with a small steam vent. Capacity is marked on the interior wall at 2, 4, and 5 liters. Compatible with gas, electric, ceramic, and induction cooktops, and oven-safe to 220 degrees C without the lid.

Even heat, easy to clean
The enamel interior wipes clean after stocks and stews. No staining after several months. The capacity marks inside are useful for measuring water.

Handles get warm
The side handles are not as cool as I expected on a gas burner. I use a towel. Otherwise the pot is solid and heats evenly.
