The Flat Cast Pan is a 25 cm cast iron skillet with a 5 cm cooking depth. It is pre-seasoned with flaxseed oil and ready to use after a light wipe with a dry cloth. A helper handle is cast opposite the main handle for two-handed lifting.
Compatible with all cooktops including induction. Oven-safe to 260 degrees C. Not dishwasher-safe; dry after washing.

Will outlast me
Heavy, flat, pre-seasoned well. I have used it daily for four months and the seasoning has only improved.

The helper handle makes a difference
Cast iron at 2.4 kg needs two hands. The helper handle is the right call. Works on my glass-top induction range without issue.

Needs seasoning maintenance
This is true of all cast iron. If you dry it improperly it will spot. That is the material, not a defect.
