The High-Density Foam Roller is molded from expanded polypropylene at a density that resists compression under body weight. The surface is smooth rather than textured, so pressure stays even along the length of the roller.
The roller measures 33 cm long with a 15 cm diameter and weighs about 320 g. It holds its shape after repeated use and does not develop flat spots the way softer EVA rollers can.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth. The closed-cell foam does not absorb water. Available in charcoal and slate blue.

Stays firm
I have softened two cheaper rollers in a year. This one has not budged in density after three months of daily use. Smooth surface is enough for me.

Firmer than expected
If you are new to rolling this is intense on the quads. Worth easing into it. The firmness is the point but be warned.
