The Adjustable Spin Dumbbell replaces fifteen fixed dumbbells in one handle. A dial at each end selects the load in 1.5 kg increments from 2.3 kg up to 24 kg, drawing plates from a cradle and leaving the rest behind.
The handle is knurled steel with a contoured grip. Plates are steel with a molded shell to reduce noise when set down. Sold as a single dumbbell; buy two for a pair.
Always return the dumbbell to its cradle before turning the dial. Do not adjust the weight while lifting. Wipe the handle and dials with a dry cloth.

Saved a whole shelf
One handle does the work of a rack. The dial is crisp and the plates lock with no rattle once seated. Changing weight mid-workout takes two seconds.

Bulky at low weight
Even at 2.3 kg the dumbbell is full length because the empty cradle stays attached to the handle. Awkward for some isolation moves. The mechanism itself is fine.
