The Adjustable Weighted Vest carries up to 14 kg in twenty-eight half-kilogram steel slugs, so the load can be set in 0.5 kg steps by adding or removing slugs from the front and back pockets. Loading both sides evenly keeps the vest balanced.
The shell is 900D ripstop nylon with a neoprene-backed inner panel to spread the load. A wide waist belt and shoulder straps adjust to fit over light clothing without shifting during running or calisthenics.
Distribute weight symmetrically and start light. Spot-clean the shell; remove all slugs before cleaning. Keep slugs dry to prevent surface rust.

Loads evenly and stays put
The half-kilo slugs let me creep the weight up slowly. With it cinched at the waist it does not bounce on runs. Spreads the load well across the shoulders.

Loading is tedious
Filling all twenty-eight pockets to max takes a few minutes and the slugs are fiddly to seat. Once loaded it is comfortable. Good range of adjustment.
