The Doorway Pull-Up Bar mounts without screws by bracing against the frame above the door and hooking over the molding. Body weight on the bar pulls the upper pad into the wall, so the load increases the grip rather than loosening it.
The bar fits frames from 70 to 92 cm wide and is rated to 100 kg. Foam grips offer wide, narrow, and neutral hand positions. A rubber pad protects the wall above the frame.
The frame must have a flat surface at least 10 cm deep above the door for the bracket to seat. Check the fit before loading. Inspect the seating each session.

Solid once seated right
Felt nervous the first pull but the leverage design is sound, it pulls into the wall not off it. Use the rubber pad or you will mark the paint.

Check your trim first
My door has rounded molding and the bracket would not sit flat. Had to add a shim. Works now but measure the depth above your door before buying.
