The Gemstone Drop Pendant holds a faceted pear-cut blue topaz, approximately 9 x 7 mm, in a closed 925 sterling silver bezel. Blue topaz is a transparent stone with a clear sky-blue color; this stone is commonly color-treated, as is standard for the material.
The pendant hangs from a 1.2 mm cable chain measuring 18 inches with a lobster clasp. The bezel protects the edges of the stone in daily wear.

Clear blue stone
The topaz is a clean sky blue and catches light well. The bezel feels protective. Honest of them to note the stone is treated.
