A welted work boot in oil-tanned leather with a slip-resistant lug sole.

The Lace-Up Work Boot is storm-welted on an oil-resistant rubber lug outsole. The upper is 2.0 mm oil-tanned leather with a padded collar and a reinforced toe and heel.
Eight pairs of eyelets and speed hooks carry waxed laces. The footbed is a removable cushioned insole over a fiberglass shank for arch support on hard surfaces.
Available in tan and dark brown. Clean with a damp cloth and re-oil the leather periodically to maintain water resistance.

Tough and supportive
I am on concrete all day and the shank takes the ache out of my arches. The lug sole grips oily floors. Re-oiled once so far.

Heavy at first
These are stout boots and felt heavy for the first few days. Worth it for the protection. The toe reinforcement is solid, not a steel cap though.

Long break-in
Took about three weeks before the collar stopped rubbing my ankle. Now they fit like a glove. Leather is thick and well finished.
