The Minimalist Barefoot Shoe has a zero-drop, fully flat profile and a thin 4 mm sole that flexes in every direction for ground feel. The toe box is anatomically wide to let the toes splay.
The upper is a breathable knit with minimal overlays and an elastic lace for an easy on. There is no arch support by design, which suits some wearers and not others.
Available in black, grey, and sand. Machine-wash cold on a gentle cycle; remove the insole and air dry.

Toes can spread
The wide toe box is the real thing, my toes are not crushed. Ground feel is excellent. The knit breathes well in summer.

Hard transition
Zero-drop with no cushioning was rough on my calves for the first two weeks. Ease in slowly. Once adapted they are comfortable.
