The Ridge Task Sconce mounts to a standard wall junction box and projects a 28 cm jointed arm. The cylindrical head pivots through 90 degrees on a friction joint and aims a focused beam onto a book or work surface without spilling light across the room.
The body is powder-coated steel in matte black or off-white. A toggle switch sits on the underside of the wall plate. The fixture accepts an E12 candelabra bulb up to 25 W; a 3.5 W LED is included.
Mounting hardware and a paper template are supplied. Installation requires basic electrical work and may need a qualified electrician depending on local rules.

Keeps the light off my partner
The head aims tightly. My side of the bed is lit and the other side stays dark. The friction joint has held its position for two months.

Switch is hard to find in the dark
The toggle is under the wall plate, which means feeling around for it at night. Works fine once you know where it is. Wiring took longer than the listing suggests.
