The Tarpaulin Tote is a 15 L open-top bag made from 550 g PVC tarpaulin fabric. All seams are heat-welded, making the bag waterproof at the seams. Cotton webbing handles are 60 cm long.
An interior slip pocket is attached to one panel. The bag stands upright when loaded. Available in black and olive.

Actually waterproof
I left it outside in heavy rain. The contents were dry. The welded seams hold.

Good but stiff
PVC tarpaulin is stiff and makes noise when you move it. It softens somewhat after a few weeks. Worth knowing before buying.
