The Under-Cabinet Radio is a slim DAB and FM radio designed to screw to the underside of a kitchen wall cabinet, keeping the counter clear. A mounting plate and screws are included; the radio clips on and off the plate for cleaning.
A single 60 mm driver fires downward toward the counter. The control panel and speaker grille are splash-resistant for a kitchen environment, though the unit is not waterproof. A kitchen timer with a countdown buzzer is built in alongside the clock. Power is mains via a captive cable routed to a nearby socket.

Frees up the counter
Mounting it under the cabinet got the radio off the worktop entirely. DAB reception is clear and the downward-firing speaker is loud enough over a running tap. The timer is handy while cooking.

Mounting takes effort
You have to drill into the cabinet base and route the cable to a socket, which took longer than I expected. Once up it works well, but it is not a five-minute job.
