The Adjustable Grip Strengthener sets closing resistance with a knurled dial on the spring, covering 10 to 60 kg across the range. The dial clicks into detents so a setting can be repeated session to session.
The frame is aluminum with contoured handles that hold the hand at a fixed span, so the work targets the fingers and forearm rather than the wrist. A single spring drives the action.
Wipe the handles after sweaty use and keep the spring dry to prevent corrosion. The dial should turn freely; do not force it past its stops.

Replaces a whole set
I had three fixed grippers and this one dial covers all of them and more. The detents are firm so I can trust the setting. Good for forearm work after deadlifts.

Top end is optimistic
The 60 kg setting feels closer to 50 to me compared to a rated fixed gripper. The lower range is accurate enough. Build is solid otherwise.
