A twin-wheel ab roller with foam grips and an internal brake.

The Dual Ab Roller Wheel runs on two wide rubber wheels set apart for lateral stability, so the roller tracks straight instead of tipping. A spring-loaded internal brake adds light resistance on the return, reducing the snap at full extension.
The axle is a steel rod through sealed bearings. The handles are foam over the same rod, contoured to sit in a closed grip. A thin kneepad is included.
The wheels grip on hard floors and short carpet. Wipe the wheels and axle with a dry cloth; do not lubricate the brake mechanism.

The brake actually helps
I could never control the return on a single-wheel roller. The assisted return here lets me extend further without collapsing. Tracks dead straight.

Kneepad is thin
The included pad is barely there, I use a folded towel instead. The roller mechanism itself is smooth and quiet. No wobble.
