A solid white oak tray with three milled channels for pens and pencils.

The Oak Pen Tray is machined from a single block of solid white oak. Three parallel channels are routed across the top, each 1.5 cm wide and angled slightly so pens rest against the lower edge rather than rolling.
Dimensions are 22 x 8 x 2.5 cm. The wood is finished with a clear hardwax oil that resists fingerprints and minor spills. Four felt pads on the base keep it from sliding.

Pens stop rolling
The angled channels are the whole point. Pens settle against the low edge and stay there. The oak grain is straight and clean on mine.

Channels are narrow
A fat marker does not fit in the channels, only standard pens and pencils. Fine for what I use it for. The finish feels good.
