These open-back, circumaural headphones use 38 mm dynamic drivers in a vented housing. The open design produces a wide, airy soundstage but offers no isolation and leaks sound audibly, making them best suited to quiet rooms.
Ear pads are velour over memory foam and lift off for replacement without tools. The headband is sprung steel under a padded leatherette strap. The cable is a fixed 3 m coiled cable terminating in a 3.5 mm plug with a screw-on 6.35 mm adapter.
Impedance is 80 ohms. A headphone amplifier is recommended to reach comfortable listening levels from portable sources.

Wide and detailed
The soundstage is the reason to own open-backs and these deliver it. Mixing decisions translate well to my monitors. They do leak, so my partner can hear them from across the room.

Need an amp at 80 ohms
Straight from a phone they are quiet. With a desktop amp they open up. The velour pads are comfortable but warm up over a long session.

Coiled cable is long
The 3 m coiled cable is great at a desk but unwieldy if you walk around. Fixed cable means I cannot swap it. Sound is excellent for the price.
