A slip-on penny loafer in polished calf leather with a beef-roll strap.

The Penny Loafer is a moccasin-construction slip-on with a hand-stitched apron and a beef-roll penny strap across the saddle. The upper is polished calf leather over a leather sole with a low heel.
The fit is true to size and snug at first; the upper relaxes to the foot with wear. A leather sock and partial leather lining are used through the vamp.
Available in oxblood and black. Brush and cream regularly; insert shoe trees to hold the moccasin shape.

Holds the heel
No heel slip once they broke in, which is rare for me with loafers. The apron stitching is neat. Oxblood is a deep, even color.

Tight over the top
Snug across the vamp out of the box. Loosened after a week. If you have a high instep consider sizing up. Otherwise well made.
