The Plateau Rotary Dimmer replaces a standard single-pole wall switch. A push turns the light on or off at the last set level; turning the knob raises or lowers brightness. It handles incandescent, halogen, and dimmable LED loads up to 150 W LED or 400 W incandescent.
The faceplate is a flat matte plastic in white or light grey. Wiring is line, load, and ground; a paper guide and screws are included. Installation requires switching off the circuit at the panel and basic electrical knowledge.

Works with my LED bulbs
Some dimmers buzz with LEDs. This one is silent with the bulbs I have. Wiring was the usual three terminals. The knob has a firm detent at the off click.

Check your bulb compatibility
Not every LED is dimmable and a couple of mine hummed faintly. Swapped them for ones on the compatibility list and it was quiet. The switch itself is solid.
