The Rubber Slam Ball weighs 9 kg in a thick rubber shell built to be thrown to the floor without bouncing back. The dead-bounce fill absorbs the impact, so the ball lands and stays rather than rebounding into the thrower.

No rebound at all
Throw it down and it stays put, which is the whole point. The textured shell grips even when my hands are chalked. The 9 kg is a good conditioning weight.

Loud on a hard floor
On concrete each slam is a thud you feel through the room, so I put down a mat. The fill stays balanced and it has not deformed. Good build.
