The Salt and Pepper Mill Set is two 21 cm mills turned from solid beech, one for salt and one for peppercorns. Each uses a ceramic grinding mechanism that does not corrode with salt and produces an even grind from fine to coarse.
A knob at the top adjusts the grind size by tightening or loosening the burr. The mills fill from the base through a slide cover. The ceramic grinder is rated for crystal salt and dry peppercorns; it is not for wet or oily spices.

Even grind, no salt corrosion
The ceramic grinder handles coarse sea salt without seizing or rusting, which my old steel mill could not. Grind adjustment is easy and consistent.

Base cover comes loose
Grind is great but the slide cover on the base pops off if you set the mill down hard. I refill carefully now. Otherwise good mills.
