Oven to table
I bake creme brulee in these and serve straight from them. The fluted side gives a grip when they are hot. Six is the right number for a dinner.

Smaller than standard
At 120 ml they are a touch smaller than some recipes assume, so I fill them a little fuller. Otherwise great and they match my plates.
