The Steak Knife Set is four table knives with high-carbon stainless blades and a fine micro-serration that bites without tearing. The blade runs full tang through a riveted pakkawood handle for balance and durability.
The micro-serration keeps a usable edge far longer than a plain blade and does not require frequent sharpening. The knives are best hand-washed to protect the wood handle, and they store in the included slotted box.

Cut cleanly, look good
The micro-serration cuts steak without sawing or shredding. The wood handles feel solid and balanced. I hand-wash them and they still look new.

Hand-wash only is the catch
Sharp and well made, but the wood handles mean no dishwasher. If you can live with that they are excellent. The box is a nice touch.
