Bakes evenly, cleans easily
Lasagna comes out cooked through without burnt edges. The glaze does not stain from tomato sauce, which my last dish did. The handles help when it is full and heavy.

Heavy when loaded
The dish itself is nearly 2 kg, so with a full roast it is a real lift. The handles are short but usable. Holds heat well at the table.
