The Bamboo Cutting Set includes three boards in small, medium, and large sizes, made from pressed Moso bamboo. Each board has a shallow groove routed around the perimeter to catch juices from produce and carved meats.
Bamboo is harder than most hardwoods and naturally moisture-resistant. The boards are lightweight and stack for storage. Hand-wash with mild soap and dry flat; occasional mineral oil keeps the surface from drying out.

Light and practical
The three sizes cover most tasks. The juice groove on the large board actually holds the liquid from a tomato. Lightweight, which I prefer for a quick board.

Small board warped
The smallest board developed a slight cup after a few washes. I think I left it wet too long. The other two are flat. Oiling them now.

Good value for three
Hard surface, harder on knives than walnut but fine for everyday use. The set stacks neatly in a cupboard.
