A small floor uplight that washes a corner or wall from a low aluminum housing.

The Billet Uplight is a wedge-shaped aluminum can that sits on the floor and throws light upward against a wall or into a corner. It is used to lift a dark corner or to graze light up behind a plant or shelf.
The housing is 14 cm tall with an open top and an internal reflector. It accepts an R7s linear halogen or LED up to 78 mm, included as a 5 W LED. A foot-operated switch is fitted to the 1.8 m cord.

Lifts a dark corner
Tucked it behind a chair to wash the wall. Does what it should. The light is a little narrow, so it lights a column rather than a wide area.

Open top collects dust
Because the top is open the reflector catches dust and you can see it when the light is on. A wipe every couple of weeks fixes it. Otherwise a tidy little fixture.
