Brush Pen
Item ST-8107
A refillable brush pen with real synthetic bristles and a screw-in ink cartridge.
Shipping: calculated at delivery
The Brush Pen uses a tuft of fine synthetic bristles rather than a felt tip, so the line tapers from a hairline to a broad sweep with hand pressure. It suits lettering, sumi-style strokes, and loose sketching.
Ink feeds from a screw-in cartridge through the bristles; the flow can be nudged by squeezing the barrel gently. The cartridge is replaceable and a converter for bottled ink is sold separately.
The bristles snap back to a point after each stroke and store dry without splaying. The pen is 16 cm capped.

Real bristles make a difference
The line variation beats any felt brush pen I have used. Bristles return to a clean point every time. Refilling is mess-free.

Steep learning curve
Control takes real practice. My first pages were a mess of blobs until I learned the pressure. The squeeze flow can over-feed if you grip hard.
