The Insulated Gym Bottle holds 750 ml in a double-wall vacuum of 18/8 stainless steel. The vacuum keeps cold drinks cold for about 24 hours and hot drinks hot for about 12. The bottle ships with two interchangeable caps: a wide chug lid and a flip straw lid.
The body is powder-coated for grip when hands are wet, and the diameter fits standard bottle cages and cup holders. The mouth is wide enough to take ice cubes and a bottle brush.
Hand wash only; the vacuum seal can fail in a dishwasher. Available in black, sand, and forest. Do not use for carbonated drinks.

Two caps is the right call
Straw lid for cardio, chug lid for between sets. Ice was still in it after a full work day. Powder coat does not get slippery with chalky hands.

Straw squeaks
The flip straw makes a small squeak when it locks down. Minor. Insulation and build are excellent. Fits my bottle cage.

Wide mouth is easy to clean
A standard bottle brush reaches the bottom and ice drops straight in. Wish it were dishwasher safe but hand washing is quick enough.
