The Stainless Saucepan has a three-layer construction with an aluminum core bonded between two layers of 18/10 stainless steel, which spreads heat evenly to the walls. Capacity is 2 liters with interior fill lines at 1 and 1.5 liters.
The handle is hollow stainless steel, riveted, and stays cool over moderate heat. The lid is matching stainless steel with a small vent slot. Works on all cooktops including induction, and is oven- and dishwasher-safe.

No hot spots
Sauces do not scorch in the center the way they did in my old thin pan. The handle stays cool on low and medium heat. Cleans up in the dishwasher without spotting.

Good pan, lid vent is small
The vent slot is narrow, so it still boils over if I am not watching. The tri-ply base is excellent. Solid everyday saucepan.
